ACCESSIBILITY
Access to the KUNSTKRAFTWERK is limited for visitors with limited mobility, wheelchair users, and families with strollers.
Only the exhibition rooms and restrooms on the ground floor are accessible and equipped with accessible entrances.
Visitors with a disability card are entitled to a reduced admission price. In addition, admission is free for one companion of visitors with a disability card marked with a “B.”
If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the reception desk or email us in advance (visit@kunstkraftwerk-leipzig.com).
Please keep an eye on your coat, any bags, and other personal belongings. We are not liable for lost or damaged items.
Please note that some of our installations feature intense lighting effects, strobe lights, loud sounds, and music.

VISITOR GUIDELINES AND RULES
Welcome to KUNSTKRAFTWERK. To ensure a unique experience for all our guests, we ask that you observe the following rules:
ADMISSION & LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session for which you purchased a ticket. Your ticket is valid only for the date and time you purchased.
COAT CHECK: Please keep an eye on your coat, bags, and other personal belongings. We are not liable for lost or damaged items.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES: Eating and drinking are prohibited on the premises.
SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire exhibition area. This prohibition also applies to the use of e-cigarettes, hookahs, e-hookahs, and similar products. Of course, the use of drugs is strictly prohibited.
ANIMALS: Animals, with the exception of trained service dogs, are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY: You are welcome to take photos and videos and share them for your personal use, such as on your social media channels. However, please do not use a flash or a tripod. Commercial use of the photos is not permitted—if you plan to do so, please email us at: info@kunstkraftwerk-leipzig.com.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: For your safety, the premises are also monitored by video surveillance.
SUPERVISORY STAFF: You must follow the instructions of the supervisory staff.
HOUSE RULES: KUNSTKRAFTWERK employees are authorized to enforce house rules in the interest of management.

How can I buy a ticket?
You can purchase your ticket online or at our box office. Buying online guarantees you admission, as the number of tickets available at the box office may be limited.
What happens if I'm late or early for my appointment?
Due to limited availability, admission cannot be guaranteed during certain time slots.
Can I change my ticket online?
However, tickets for annual exhibitions can be purchased up to 24 hours in advance HERE , as long as tickets are available.
Tickets for special exhibitions/events cannot be rescheduled.
How can I cancel my ticket?
Purchased tickets cannot be canceled and are nonrefundable.
Do I need to print out my online ticket?
No, you do not need to print out your online ticket. Simply show the QR code on your mobile device at the ticket counter.
What should I do if I haven't received my online ticket, but the amount has been deducted from my account?
Please check your spam folder for the email containing your tickets. If you cannot find it, museum staff will be able to identify you based on your reservation and grant you admission.
I'm having trouble booking online. What can I do?
Make sure you have a stable internet connection, refresh the webpage, try using a different browser, or restart your computer.
Is there a discounted rate for groups or schools?
Yes, we offer a discounted rate for groups of 12 or more. Reservations are required and can be made using the appropriate option on our website.

- For this visit, time-slot tickets are available.
- Tickets online and at the venue: Tickets can be purchased ONLINE or at the box office. They can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance. Please book your tickets ONLINE!
- Buy your ticket ONLINE to guarantee admission! Tickets are limited at the venue, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
- Admission is permitted only with a valid ticket. Your check-in time is indicated on your ticket.
- Last admission is at 6:30 p.m. Please keep the opening hours in mind when selecting time slots.
- Tickets cannot be canceled and are nonrefundable.
- However, tickets for annual exhibitions can be purchased up to 24 hours in advance HERE .
- Tickets for special exhibitions/events cannot be rebooked.
- Discounts for students and apprentices are availableonlyon weekdays (Thursday and Friday).
