Visitor guidelines and regulations
Welcome to KUNSTKRAFTWERK. In order to provide all our guests with a unique experience, we ask you to pay attention to the following rules:
ENTRY & LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the session for which you purchased ticket(s). Your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. Your ticket is only valid for the date and time you have purchased.

FAQs
How can I buy a ticket?
You can buy your ticket online or at our ticket office. Buying online guarantees you entry, as the number of tickets available at the ticket office may be limited.
What happens if I arrive too late or too early for my visit?
Admission cannot be guaranteed during certain time slots due to limited availability.
Can I change my ticket online?
Tickets for annual exhibitions can be rebooked HERE up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Tickets for special exhibitions/events cannot be rebooked.
How can I delete my ticket?
Purchased tickets cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
Do I have to print out my online ticket?
No, you don’t need to print out your online ticket. It is sufficient to present the QR code on your mobile device at the ticket counter.
What can I do if I have not received my online ticket but the amount has been debit from my account?
Please check your spam folder for the email containing your tickets. If you cannot find it, the museum staff will be able to identify you using your booking details and grant you entry.
I'm having trouble booking online. What can I do?
Make sure you have a stable internet connection, refresh the webpage, try using a different browser, or restart your computer.
Are there reduced rates for groups or schools?
Yes, we offer a discounted rate for groups of 12 or more. Booking is required and can be done via the relevant option on our website.
