The influence of Blue
What would a world be like without the colour blue? How would society change? Guilo Ravizza, author of the fantasy novel “The Influence of Blue” (2020), takes us into the future, to a society in which the colour blue has been eliminated to prevent wars and aggression. Only the protagonist investigatively discovers a small oasis in Constantinople where the colour blue still exists and is faced with a big decision. Should he restore life with blue?
Based on the fantasy novel “The Influence of Blue”, Franz Fischnaller has created a 22-minute immersive video with music by Rupert Huber. The Kunstkraftwerk presents a novelty: in the walk-in ‘Möbius Immersive Book Box’ with 7.1.4 surround sound format, visitors can experience immersion even more intensively in a new format.
The immersive installation is part of the Möbius project and is funded by the EU.
